Our Story

We started with the goal of bringing an unique product, which is nutritious, healthy and tasteful to the street food market in the UK. Because, we noticed that usually one of the feature is missing between looking good, tasteful and being healthy in the street food markets. And the main idea for us was our street food should have a profound history behind. For us, nothing would have been more ideal than Gözleme as we`ve never heard someone who never tries or doesn`t like it back in our homeland, Turkey! So we decided to modernise the Gözleme with little touches by sticking its original taste and texture. Now this historical taste is widen up in the heart of Cambridge, Cambridge market square!
